Together, we will work toward increasing self-awareness, enhancing coping skills, improving relationships, and supporting overall psychological wellbeing.

Couples counselling is a collaborative process designed to help partners improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationship functioning. Sessions focus on understanding relational patterns, enhancing emotional connection, increasing mutual understanding, and developing effective strategies for addressing challenges. Counselling may address concerns such as communication difficulties, conflict, trust, intimacy, parenting, separation, or significant life transitions, with the goal of supporting a healthier and more satisfying relationship.

Parent coaching is a collaborative process that supports caregivers in developing effective strategies to address behavioural, emotional, and relational challenges within the family system. Sessions may focus on improving parent-child relationships, enhancing communication, increasing confidence in parenting approaches, managing conflict, and supporting children through developmental, mental health, or family transitions. The goal is to help caregivers respond with greater consistency, understanding, and effectiveness while fostering healthy family relationships.

ADHD coaching combines education, practical skill-building, and therapeutic support to help individuals better understand and manage the challenges of living with ADHD. Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for ADHD (CBT-ADHD), sessions focus on executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, planning, emotional regulation, motivation, and overcoming procrastination. Together, we work to identify strengths, develop effective strategies, and create sustainable systems that support success at school, work, home, and in relationships.
